Ulvynax Inc., Canada is the legal manufacturer, Canadian importer, and Canadian distributor of the ZUVLIN ZV-T01 and ZV-T02 electrotherapy devices. The devices are made in China.
The electrode pads are manufactured by GMDASZ Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Ulvynax Inc. holds Medical Device Establishment Licence (MDEL) 35105.
